I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly. I also started paying attention to how websites display sizing charts for clothing. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.
You can find one of the pages here:

Even a short note like “this size runs smaller than expected” can help someone. Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. Taking a few minutes to research before buying can save a lot of money and frustration. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new.
Maybe this is useful for someone.
